Change is
Good. And... Inevitable!
It is funny that we tend to avoid and often even fear
change, yet it is the most constant and guaranteed aspect of life.
Change is happening every moment.
So
how do we learn to go with the flow and make true
inner changes in our personal lives when conscious change can be one of the most challenging experiences we
can undertake?
How do we personally
approach typical changes we might consider or be faced with like diets, exercise, health, career changes, friends, spouses,
finances, and even death? What about the unexpected ones? Do we view
them as positive change or negative setbacks?
Life's long and winding road can be stunningly beautiful and filled with
joyful adventures. It can also be filled with drama, trauma and pain. We hold the key by our
intent to live life with joy or
struggle. Which do you prefer?
Positive change begins when we
start the process of looking within
and recognize who we are at a deep level. Rather than solely pursuing our
daily outer activities, we can learn to tap our highest inner desires and manifest the
things that bring us the greatest joy.
Our unrealized potential is often
limited by the beliefs we hold about life. The key is to harness the power of our
thoughts and
feelings. We still participate in our daily routine, however we
begin to create all new perspectives and
understandings. This is
simply a matter of becoming aware of where we are placing our attention; then learning how to change
the focus of our attention. We can become solution oriented rather than problem
centered. It is our choice.
Ultimately, our life journey is a personal one.
We turn to our friends and relationships, co-workers and strangers to learn
about our personal issues. The journey can be as easy or as difficult as
we desire: the key is our willingness to let go and to allow changes in our
attitudes and perspectives.
Surprisingly, the effort to grow and change is
often met with new vistas of opportunities presently undreamed of. Things we
never considered are now possible and even desirable. The old way of thinking
and feeling actually becomes more dense and difficult to maintain.
Everything becomes lighter and brighter through a simple act of personal growth,
acceptance and self awareness.

process right now by doing something nice for yourself
 | You can motivate yourself through self love - "I love myself enough to ...
".

 | You can give yourself a chance to get there; patience
with yourself is a valuable virtue.

attention to YOU and just loving the very essence of who you really are -- a
wondrous and incredible being!

 | Meditate daily - sit quietly, let go
of everything and focus on peace or your inner light. |

Creating
In A New Way
There is yesterday and then
there is today. How many of us fall into the trap that what we
experienced in the past is destined to be our future? Which of us
realizes that in any moment we have the power, ability and imagination to
create from a different perspective?
Life is an unfolding process
of our own making. What we think and believe become our
experiences. Where we see lack and limitation we create the same in
our lives. Likewise, when we see abundance, caring and sharing, we
experience this as our reality too.
It takes enormous courage to
go within and question our personal views on life and endeavor to embrace
and correct and release that which no longer serves us. It also takes strength
and determination to stop blaming others and accept the responsibility of
our own creation. When we realize that the war rages on in our mind
and nowhere else, we are well on our way to positive change.
What is the reward for such
effort? A more peaceful, balanced and loving life. Isn't that
what we all strive for in our constant pursuit of our daily interactions,
relationships and material possessions? We seek a sense of joy and
fulfillment in all that we do and all that we are.
This is a process of going
within and realizing the power you have to create every moment. When
you come from balance and understanding, wisdom becomes your true power
and your decisions begin to reflect a new way of operating. True
success comes as a result of this restored ability. So create a new
you and experience the peace and joy you crave deep within.

Personal
Power
In these amazing times of great change,
it is important to find your inner balance and center point: wisdom is
found in the heart not just the intellect. Tapping your source
of genuine strength is knowing and accepting the potential held within
yourself every moment. That potential is love.
Like each new moment and each new
day, we have the opportunity to put our past experiences behind us and
begin anew. It is our creation and we have the power and ability to
make the most out of our life. What we choose today becomes our
reality of tomorrow so choose wisely.
Every moment we have a choice, we
either live in fear and doubt or in love. Through
recognizing our thoughts and feelings and knowing our point of power, we
can turn our lives around and begin to live in greater love, wisdom and
personal power.
The
greatest opportunity we all face is that of personal change. As a
race of people we like a certain sense of routine. We often find
comfort and safety in the known while usually fearing the unknown.
Ironically, we actually fear
the known not the unknown. We take past experiences and how they
affected us and project our limited perceptions into the unknown.
When we recall fearful or negative memories, we stifle our potential
creativity with these limiting thoughts and feelings.
The reverse is true. The
unknown holds real potential and possibility. Inspiration, courage and
strength come from one who recognizes and can embrace the possibilities of
a yet unformulated potential. Finding and following the ideas of our
heart brings genuine manifestation that benefits all.

A New
Day
As we emerge into the new day, we are filled with possibility and potential to create in a new
way. Our personal goals and desires can now come from our heart, not
just our intellect. From this vantage point, we are capable of
manifesting so much more. Coming from our heart, we bring a new
dimension to our reality and the world around us -- we share in the
potential of love.
It is, and always has been,
our choice to embrace the love that resides within. We fool
ourselves into believing that forgiveness and letting go is difficult or
ineffective. We think in our minds that such actions are of little
meaning or value and in no way does it heal the hurt we often feel deep
inside.
We continue to seek love in
our outer experiences of life even when we allow it to manifest as drama,
problems, dis-ease, and a myriad of negative expressions. We want to
feel that we are loved, lovable, and loving.
Yet, by turning within and
accepting ourselves, our strengths and our weaknesses, we begin a new path
filled with the potential of love. Start your new day with a
blank canvas and paint your reality with hopes and dreams from the heart.

Choices
Every moment
of every day we have choice whether we are conscious of it or not.
This becomes a powerful understanding when we start to realize our choices
create our reality. What we experience today is based upon infinite
decisions that led up to this moment.
We make up our
world as we go along according to our beliefs, assumptions, thoughts,
words, deeds and actions. What we think is what we become.
Yet, most people are unaware of this process. The truly amazing aspect of
this realization -- we can change our thoughts and therefore, our reality.
Each day we follow our
routines rarely thinking about the consequences and usually unaware that
every decision or non-decision has an impact upon our life and the world
around us. Every thought, word and action is placed in motion by us
personally. We are responsible for what we do and what we
experience.
Without paying attention to
our inner world we are destined to perpetuate our fears, doubts, angers,
and judgments. This leads to frustration, stress, problems and
frequently dis-ease. The cycle returns to us again and
again.
When we think and feel lack,
for example, we experience the same. Likewise, when we think and
feel prosperous, we create more abundance in our lives. The power of
our attention determines what we will experience.
We forget we have the
power every moment to change our perspective and in doing so, transform
our reality. We can become conscious of our focus and attention and
bring our thoughts and feelings in alignment to our heart's desires.
We are already creating our life whether we are aware of it or not, so why
not choose the life your heart dances to?

Being Empowered Now
Now is a good
time for us to consider paying attention to our inner journey and begin to
clear out old and stale views of life. It is becoming more important every
day to practice living in the current moment.
Each of us is
driven by numerous beliefs, ideas, notions, and understandings of life: our personal story. The challenge is we are more than our story, and in
many cases, our script of life is out of date and unproductive. It no
longer serves us.
We are realizing the
difficulty in using our time to dwell on past negative experiences or
likewise focus on future negative potentials. The more we tune in to our inner realm of consciousness, the
more we become aware of who we are. Our personal experience can be one of
empowerment and understanding.
It is important
these days to retain a proper perspective on life. As stated before, we have a tendency to believe all we see and hear while forgetting we are the
ones who can and do qualify the energy of life. We qualify it by our
thoughts and feelings, perceptions and beliefs. The beauty in this
realization is that we are the ones who can affect personal change to our
thoughts and feelings.
Bringing our
consciousness into each moment affords us the opportunity to be present
each moment. In this moment we are whole and complete. In this moment we
create a future based on how we wish to perceive ourselves and the world
right now. Choose a loving perspective and you create a love filled
future.

When we can step back and see
the bigger picture of how and why things
happen, we are able to respond to life issues with wisdom rather than
react from fear and ignorance. This creates a more loving and
balanced approach. |

Awareness
We have a tendency to believe what we see
and experience each day as coming from somewhere outside ourselves. Yet,
if we stop for a moment and go within, we start to realize our experiences
of today are often placed into motion long before we touch the experience
itself. Our choices whether we are conscious of them or not, place our
reality into motion.
To "know thyself" is an important reminder
each day, for it is a clue to our very existence. We improve our
experience of life just by turning within and paying attention to our
inner world. We can begin to see the choices we make and how they affect
us and the world around us.
To be conscious of our thoughts and
feelings is to be conscious of ourselves. This is our point of power.
We are most effective when we truly
understand ourselves. This also helps us better understand the people around us
too.
This
awareness goes deeper than just looking at the obvious outer shell of our
lives. We need to go to the level of intent. What motivates us each
moment? Where are we placing our attention? Do we focus on fear and
doubt or love and peace.
Although it takes effort to go within and
learn all we can about who we are and what we believe, every effort pays
an enormous reward. We come back into contact with ourselves and
become proactive in life rather than reactive. We return to the right
focus of life.
